These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments
Orders are only final after receipt of payment. We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, 30 day invoicing (only for businesses, conditions apply). Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver only in Belgium. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. No Returns and No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds.

7. Warranty and Complaints
Products are covered by the statutory warranty period. Complaints must be reported within a reasonable period after discovering the defect.

8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Antwerp.

General Provisions

  1. The Data Controller for personal data, in accordance with the GDPR (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), is Better Drinking Ventures BV, VAT Number BE1002888443, based in Creyboschlaan 24, 2520 Oelegem (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller");

Source of Personal Data

  1. The Data Controller processes personal data obtained with the Customer's consent and collected through the purchase contract and execution of electronic orders placed in the online store betterdrinkingventures.com.

  2. The Data Controller only processes the identification and contact details of the Customer necessary for executing the purchase contract.

  3. The Data Controller processes personal data for shipping, accounting, and necessary communication between contracting parties for the legally required period. Personal data will not be disclosed or transferred to other countries.

Purpose of Data Processing
The Data Controller processes Customer personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Registration on the website betterdrinkingventures.com in accordance with Chapter 4, Section 2 of the GDPR;

  2. Execution of the electronic order placed by the Customer (name, address, email, phone number);

  3. Compliance with legal obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Customer and the Data Controller;

  4. Personal data is required for the execution of the purchase contract. The contract cannot be concluded without the personal data.

Duration of Personal Data Storage

  1. The Data Controller stores personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Data Controller and the Customer and for a period of 3 years after the end of the contractual relationship.

  2. The Data Controller must delete all personal data after the expiration of the required storage period.

Recipients and Processors of Personal Data
Third parties processing Customer personal data are subcontractors of the Data Controller. The services of these subcontractors are essential for the successful execution of the purchase contract and processing of the electronic order between the Data Controller and the Customer.

Subcontractors of the Data Controller include:

  • Webnode AG (online store system);

  • Shipping company;

  • Google Analytics (website analytics).

Customer Rights
In accordance with the Regulation, the Customer has the right to:

  1. Access personal data;

  2. Rectify personal data;

  3. Erase personal data;

  4. Object to the processing of personal data;

  5. Data portability;

  6. Withdraw consent for data processing in writing or via email at: thomas.timmermans@betterdrinkingventures.com;

  7. File a complaint with the supervisory authority in case of suspected violation of the Regulation.

Security of Personal Data

  1. The Data Controller declares that all necessary technical and organizational precautions have been taken to protect personal data.

  2. The Data Controller has implemented security measures, including password-protected access to computers, antivirus software, and regular system maintenance.

Final Provisions

  1. By placing an electronic order on the website betterdrinkingventures.com, the Customer confirms awareness of all terms and fully accepts them.

  2. The Customer accepts these rules by checking the relevant box on the order form.

  3. The Data Controller may update these rules at any time. The latest version will always be published on the website.
